  • Perfume sample
    • With each order. A sample of the fragrance will be included outside the box.
    • The customer can try the sample before opening the box. The amount paid is not refunded if the box is opened.
  • Replacement
    • It is allowed to request replacement products in case of quality defects or shipping errors.
    • A sample of the fragrance is sent out of the box with every order. The customer can try the sample before opening the box.
  • Loopback
    • The product must be returned in its original condition and shipping costs must be paid for the return.
  • Exchange and Return Procedures
    • Please contact our customer service team for instructions on how to complete the exchange or return process.
    • Exchange and return requests are processed as quickly as possible.
    • The amount is credited back to the account within 3-7 business days.
    • The time allowed for returning orders is seven days.
