Exchange and Return Policy
At Odour, we are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products.
So, so We offer a flexible exchange and return policy:
- Perfume sample
- With each order. A sample of the fragrance will be included outside the box.
- The customer can try the sample before opening the box. The amount paid is not refunded if the box is opened.
- Replacement
- It is allowed to request replacement products in case of quality defects or shipping errors.
- A sample of the fragrance is sent out of the box with every order. The customer can try the sample before opening the box.
- Loopback
- The product must be returned in its original condition and shipping costs must be paid for the return.
- Exchange and Return Procedures
- Please contact our customer service team for instructions on how to complete the exchange or return process.
- Exchange and return requests are processed as quickly as possible.
- The amount is credited back to the account within 3-7 business days.
- The time allowed for returning orders is seven days.
- Please note that this policy applies to unused products received in their original condition only.
